This is evidenced by the reports of the Bureau of Economic Information. In 2017, the number of not debtors increased, as well as the amount of debt. It is reported by Upmp.news with reference to Polish Radio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">More than 2,5 million Poles now have unpaid debts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Almost half of the debtors must pay at least 10 thousand zlotys. According to the spokesman of the Bureau of Economic Information Galina Kohholskaya, on the basis of the information an image of the average non-payer in Poland was drawn up. More than 60% of people with unpaid debts are men. An ordinary debtor is 36 &#8211; 44 years old and usually is a resident of Mazovia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Debtors have troubles with payment of loans and other obligations. They are liable to pay alimony and do not pay fares for traveling by public transport without a valid ticket. Poles who do not pay municipal bills and housing rent, are also included in the register. To be included in the list of non-payers it`s enough to have a monthly debt or a debt more than 200 zlotys. The presence in this list means troubles. Banks refuse to give loans to people from the register, and shops refuse in installments sales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">It is more difficult to engage in economic activity for people in debt. Counterparties often check the reliability of the entities that they collaborate with. The presence on the list of non-payers usually makes it impossible for such cooperation.
