At the same time, the CP sent a document for consultation to Andrzej Duda, the President of Poland.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">According to Gzhegh Schetin, a leader of the Civic Platform party, this document clarifies certain records of the INM law signed by the president:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">We are talking about criminalizing a record of \u201cPolish death camps.\u201d We are talking and expanding the catalog of crimes committed on the lands of the ancient Eastern Crests, not only in relation to the tragic Massacres of Poles in Volhynia\u00a0of 1943, but also what has become a tragic experience of hundreds of thousands of Poles, who were taken from the Eastern Crests to Siberia, the Soviet Union\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">On February 6 President Andrzej Duda signed the law and simultaneously sent the document to the Constitutional Court. As Andrzej Duda said, the Constitutional Court should interpret the record of fines or deprivation of liberty for assigning to the Polish people the co-responsibility for German crimes since the Second World War. The law on the Institute of National Memory is criticized by Israel and Ukraine, the State Department of the United States expressed its concern.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Grzegorz Schetyna met today with Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Andriy Deshchytsya. The diplomat told reporters that the conversation concerned, first of all, the need to continue the Polish-Ukrainian dialogue \u201cwithout regard to what is happening today in the relationship.\u201d Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Andriy Deshchytsia said that the updated law on INM of Poland \u201cforms anti-Polish sentiment in Ukraine\u201d. Asked if the text of the law should be changed, Andriy Deshchytsa replied that \u201cthis is the competence of the Polish parliament. We expressed our thoughts before making this decision was made by the Sejm and the Senate\u201d:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">We believe that it is necessary to create conditions that exclude all the barriers for the work of historians, but most of all &#8211; so that there will be no barriers between our peoples. This law creates anti-Polish sentiments, it was perceived very acutely in Ukraine. We are working to level these sentiments.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Law and justice\u201d spokesman Beta Mazurek wrote on Twitter that \u201cattempts to rewrite the law on INM are premature.
