It is reported by Upmp.news with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polskieradio.pl\/395\/9766\/Artykul\/3743637,trump-shelves-russia-sanctions-as-zelensky-warns-of-pressure-to-capitulate\">reference<\/a> to \u201cPolskie Radio\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zelensky told the Bloomberg news agency that Starlink internet speeds had been throttled and Patriot interceptor deliveries delayed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;I believe steps have been taken to convince Ukraine to capitulate,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He added that he did not want to believe Washington was deliberately seeking a quicker end to the war at Ukraine\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said the United States was now supplying just 12 Patriot interceptors a month, about a quarter of the rate under former President Joe Biden, and was selling them rather than donating them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The missiles had been paid for under\u00a0NATO&#8217;s Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) programme, but Washington had cleared only part of the order.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;And this is not a technical issue,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zelensky said he had offered to stop hitting Russian refineries, a US demand, in exchange for more Patriot missiles to protect Ukrainian facilities, but Washington wanted only an end to the strikes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Now, we have dangerous days ahead of the elections,&#8221; he said, referring to the US congressional\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.polskieradio.pl\/395\/7785\/artykul\/3743589,trump-approval-hits-record-low-ahead-of-us-midterms-poll\">midterms<\/a> on November 3. He expected relations to calm afterwards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trump, writing on Truth Social, said he was negotiating peace and would not risk pushing Moscow away from the table, citing progress including talks on hostages.
