In 2017, every four of the five companies in Poland had at least one cyberattack. It is reported by Upmp.news with reference to Polish Radio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Last year, every four Polish companies out of five reported at least one cyberattack carried out on them. This is stated in the report of the consulting company KPMG. One third of the questioned entrepreneurs stresses the increase in the number of such attacks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, companies appreciate their level of protection and security. Firms also intend to invest in increasing employee understanding of cyber-threats. According to Michael Kurek, director of cybersecurity in KPMG, questioned e-security experts are most afraid of hacker attacks, so-called malware, human factor weakness, and program attacks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

One out of ten companies has a dedicated employee who is responsible for cyber security. In the rest of the companies, the director or employees of IT-departments are responsible for this.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Among the problems that adversely affect security is the lack of skilled workers. Approximately half of respondents report about this problem.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
