Ukrainian Delegation Arrives in Paris for Consultations on Advancing Peace and Ensuring Security
On April 17, the official Ukrainian delegation, comprising Minister for Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha, Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, and Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, arrived in France on a working visit. During the visit, the delegation is scheduled to participate in a series of bilateral and multilateral meetings with representatives of states from the coalition of the willing and able to guarantee security, in particular, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
These meetings will continue consultations on advancing peace in Ukraine. Among other topics, the parties will discuss ways to implement a full and unconditional ceasefire, the involvement of a multinational military contingent to ensure security, as well as the further development of Ukraine’s security architecture.
Meetings are also planned between Ukrainian officials and representatives of the United States, who are also in France on a visit.
