PPEAL INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF AFTER-SCHOOL EDUCATION TO THE WORLD EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY.
On February 24, 2022, a large-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine began. This aggression poses a serious threat to democracy, European and other countries.
Millions of people in Ukraine, including children, women, and the elderly, have faced violations of international humanitarian law.
There is the killing of civilians, violence, destruction of civilian infrastructure, including extracurricular education.
The main purpose of the International Association of After-school Education as a public association is a protection of rights to after-school education and study in an after-school educational institutions. The Association is concerned about the situation in Ukraine.
We appeal to the world educational and scientific community to send open appeals to the leadership and politicians of your countries to save the civilian population of Ukraine, protect their lives, civilian infrastructure, stop military aggression against Ukrainian people. To this end:
– We demand to stop the fire immediately from the Russian Armed Forces side and their immediate withdrawal from the territory of sovereign country Ukraine.
– We demand to close the sky over Ukraine.
– We demand to give priority to diplomatic issues.
