A LARGE POLISH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY APPEARED IN UKRAINE
Polish construction company Mirbud S.A. officially registered in Ukraine a subsidiary company. It is reported by Upmp.news with reference to biz.nv.ua.
The head office of the Ukrainian company Mirbud will be located in Kiev, the agency Interfax-Ukraine says.
Mirbud is registered on January 24, 2018, the main activity of the company is the construction of buildings. The only participant of the company is Polish joint stock company Mirbud in Skerniewice, the head of which is Marek Golja.
According to the electronic procurement system ProZorro, Mirbud S.A. in 2017, participated in three tenders for a total value of about € 24.3 million for the construction and reconstruction projects of Ukraine’s border infrastructure.
Mirbud S.A. works at Polish market, mainly as a general contractor in all segments of construction. According to the company, it has a lot of projects at various stages such as construction projects of logistics centers, shopping centers, housing and highways in Poland.
The company has been registered on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) since 2008 and has consistently established a holding company with diversified activities. In particular, investment in residential construction has JHM Development SA, and in 2010 purchased shares of Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Dróg i Mostów Kobylarnia S.A. (Bydgoszcz, Poland) the company expanded the scope of road and bridge construction, as well as the production of bituminous masses.
