The Treasury Department in Warsaw is preparing new rules to combat with the illicit sector of the fuel market. It is reported by Upmp.news with reference to Polish Radio.

It is planned to restrict the amount of fuel in the tank of the automobile that shouldn`t be paid a duty to Poland for to 200 liters of fuel, if the car is coming from outside the European Community” says Rzeczpospolita. Existing customs rules do not provide any restrictions, it is allowed to bring a considerable amount of fuel in the original factory installed autobots, regardless of their volume, up to 600 liters without a duty and excise. Saddle trucks (TIR trucks) are approximately of such capacity. In addition, 200 liters can be brought in special-purpose tanks.
