“There will be changes that will become a surprise. The issue of reconstruction is not a matter of days, it’s the matter of hours,”said Adam Belyan. According to the Vice-Speaker of the Senate, there will be a “profound reconstruction” and changes, in particular, in the leadership of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Development. However, he added that the decision on the reconstruction of the government will be announced personally by Prime Minister Moravitsky. Speaking about the number of ministries who will be effected by reconstruction, he replied that “he can not name the number of ministries. Less than 10, that’s all I can say,” Belyan said.
