On December 27, 2017, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman signed the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1052 “On Amendments to Item 10 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 30, 2017, No. 704 “On the Provision of Military Personnel, Persons of Private and Principal Personnel and Some Other Persons”, which postponed the date of the increase in monetary provision of military personnel from 2018 to 2019.
