The diplomatic office of Poland reports that Minister Jacek Czaputowicz will hold negotiations with Vice Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria Ekaterina Getsheva-Zakhariev in Sofia. He will also meet with the Minister for the Presidency of Bulgaria in the EU Council Liliana Pavlova.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, the visit confirms the will of Poland to develop strong bilateral relations and close cooperation, as well as to support the Bulgarian presidency of the Council of the European Union. During the talks with the head of Polish diplomacy in Sofia the most important issues of bilateral relations and regional cooperation, as well as the most important issues of the European Union agenda will be discussed. As the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs added, the visit will also be an opportunity to present Poland’s priorities during the non-permanent membership of the UN Security Council in 2018-2019.
